We are just 1.5 blocks from public transit (CTA Blue Line subway, 3 city bus lines and 24 hour cab stand) that getting around the Windy City is a breeze anytime of the year.
With the most reasonable rates in Chicago you will enjoy the best of amenities: we serve an outstanding full breakfast each morning, filled with fresh, home-baked artisan breads and homemade jams, and a different hot breakfast entree daily. We also offer free wi-fi, satellite TV, off-street parking, DVD library, kitchen, laundry and fitness center access and yes ALL amenities are free to our guests. We are fully inspected and licensed by the City of Chicago, as well as the Illinois Bed & Breakfast Association and offer only smoke-free and pet-free accommodations throughout the inn.
With a range of room types and amenities our new "singular" rate plan offer rates for single guests $10-20 less than for double occupancy. Rates are slightly higher on weekends and 2 nights are required for advance weekend bookings. Some special or holiday weekends may require a 3-4 night min. stay.
